It's now your turn to create a document containing paragraphs or divisions, at least one heading, at least one break and a horizontal line. Here's an example:

The Mysterious Penguin of Locker 529
</h2>
<p>
Deep in the heart of Midvale Middle School lies a chilling secret. A living, breathing creature skulks around the halls at night, waiting for a student to be caught alone, and without protection. Four seventh graders have turned up missing this year, with the only trace being scuffmarks on the floor. Each set of marks led to the same spot: locker 529. </p>

Feel free to cut and paste the yellow section, or try something of your own to get started. Use as many of the tags that you can, and experiment to see if you can do all of the tricks shown to you.

Remember to SAVE your documents early and often. You can't recover lost work. When you're done, check to make sure all of the code is correct before going on to the next lesson.

At the end of Unit 1 (The Basics), you need to check off the pages you make. More will be explained later. Oh, and when you see the check box like the one below, that's your cue to take a little time and work on your page.
